If your property has a body corporate, check approved work hours, lift access and common-area protection before booking. For older boards, ask about repairs and remaining thickness. We can discuss dust-controlled equipment, but no sanding process is completely dust-free.

Compare finishes on the actual timber where practical and follow the selected product's curing instructions; we cannot promise a universal job duration or furniture-return date.
